| Cherokee Ironworks not only offers great western and southwestern lighting and home decor products, we also offer waterjet cutting services on our 60" x 120" Calypso Waterjet.
With our CNC controls and CAD/CAM technology, we can cut any 2-D profile into just about any material. We have over 13 years of experience in many industries in cutting a vast array of part designs in several different types of materials.
Coupled with that, the ease of manufacturing finished parts with no tooling expenses, and in most cases the elimination of the need for post-machining work, or to simple second operation machining. Such as taping and reaming of holes. Making most parts ready for assembly.
Unlike plasma cutting the waterjet cuts cold and leaves no slag for cleanup and cuts within + or - .005 inches in tolerance. Waterjet cutting is an economical solution to your just-in-time parts needs.
